Tim Hoisington is a great contractor. I hired him because he actually does a lot of the work himself. He installed three huge windows in my basement overlooking the lake. When I was looking for a contract Most of the contractors didn't do the work themselves and Their prices were a lot higher. I also really liked that Tim is a Christian a true Christian and is a man Of his word you can trust him to do a fantastic job for you every time! I have referred him to other people and I will continue to do so! Initially I called for an estimate for my entire house to be remodeled. The numbers were great! We hired Tim to update our kitchen to install a dishwasher. We renovated our bonus room and unfinished attic into a bedroom, full bathroom, and new bonus room. We started with a hope that we could turn our attic into a useful space, and thanks to Tim we were able to turn it into more than we could initially imagine. Since our attic was completely unfinished, we had significant structural work that needed to be done to make it safe and up to code. Tim was great with the details on the structural needs and his experience with projects like this was invaluable. Tim and Sam were great to work with throughout the project. They provided a good schedule and were able to stick with it, with only a few minor delays that were not their doing. Tim was great with discussing all the details and explaining things that we did not understand initially.

We are extremely happy with how everything worked out. We love our new spaces and are so happy we used Hoisington Legacy Construction. We highly recommend them and will use them on future projects we have.

I had about 1/2 dozen contractors come in and talk to me about removing 3 walls and remodeling my kitchen.  Tim was the only one who could see what I saw and didn't suggest it wasn't feasible or I'd have to lose a window or my budget was too small.  Tim is responsive, communicative, professional, diligent and patient in the face of this first time remodeler with a million questions.  :)  He and Sam did an amazing job!  We stayed on track and mostly on budget (it's an old house and we knew things would come up, plus it's Covid time, so nothing unexpected). It was a pretty big job, total gut, 23' beam, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results!  He did a little repair work on my deck and that turned out beautifully as well.  Cannot recommend Tim and HLC more!
